This campaign launched Nike’s fastest running ever running shoes: the Nike Zoom Vaporfly 4% Flyknit, in which Eliud Kipchoge won the Berlin marathon, setting a new world record.
During the Berlin Marathon, the Nike Flagship store in Berlin became the hub for sports enthusiasts, hosting consumer activations such as treadmill competitions, a pre-race pasta party, and post-race recovery events like massages, ice baths, and recovery footwear sessions. Eliud Kipchoge also made a special appearance for a member-exclusive Q&A and signing session, inspiring the community.
This initiative generated significant social reach and engagement with Nike members in Berlin and beyond, while also delivering strong commercial results. The Berlin Marathon week marked the highest sales performance of the year for the store.
