Starting in December 2019 I lead a team of 31 senior marketing experts in planning and executing the opening and operating model of NIKE’s most innovative and biggest flagship store worldwide. The NIKE House of Innovation opened in July 2020 in Paris on Avenue des Champs Élysées.
During a time of high uncertainty and new economic challenges brought on by the global pandemic, my primary focus was on driving high-quality traffic and increasing both awareness and profitability for the flagship store, which employs over 350 people.
Before my transition to Nike's European headquarters in 2023, I led more than 12 campaigns for the flagship store. I oversaw every aspect of these initiatives—from creative direction to physical execution, visual merchandising, and operational management—while managing an annual multi-million-dollar demand creation budget.
