From 2012 – 2014, I lead the planning & execution of brand and product appearance for all Softgoods & Equipment lines on the ISPO and Outdoor tradeshows for Scott Sports SA in Germany.
Across two Outdoors tradeshows and two ISPO tradeshows, I collaborated closely with external partners and agencies to design and construct booths and fixtures. I worked in alignment with category product developers to ensure impactful product presentations, including the creation of tech sheets, storytelling elements for digital screens and stills, and the development of marketing plans for key styles and looks. Additionally, I helped activate visitors and partners through sampling, fashion shows, and educational programs during the event weeks.
These projects significantly enhanced my project management skills, particularly in handling large-scale, one-off initiatives with numerous stakeholders and tight deadlines. They not only fueled my creativity but also taught me how to effectively work with tradeshow management, agencies, and on-site teams to execute complex setups.
